Initially I applied for Automation Developer role(Python + VBA + Power BI) and 3 rounds of interview were done on technical aspects related to the role. Then after two weeks I was informed that the scope of the role has changed will focus more towards analysis side( clinical trial aspect). I had a call with the director regarding the same and she made me understand about the scope very clearly and I found it as an opportunity to get exposure within Healthcare domain. However one thing that pushed me back was the compensation part. Since the role being evolved and has responsibilities on the business side as well I thought the numbers would increase however it was on the other side and offered less pay compared to what the current market is paying for that role. I was but disappointed on that side.

The first stage consisted of an online interview, which was then followed by an Excel assessment aimed at testing my ability to manage, analyze, and interpret data using various Excel functions.
