Our interview was scheduled by college placement cell. The company was contacted, it came to our college. We were to give Intelligence/aptitude test. Candidates shortlisted in that were called for one to one interview and then selected.

How would you find out the brightest star in the sky?
The interview process was easy and over all good. It was not that difficult just accounting and finance concepts should be clear and also stay updated about current affair questions.
It was good consisting of 4 rounds.
First round group discussion and second round written test consists of different sections maths aptitude english and essay writing and other topics.
Third round is the technical round.
Fourth round about the core technical with senior employee.

Entrevista
Generally, interview process involve 3 round beginning with hr round (general round) followed by 2 technical rounds with hiring managers and team leads.
First technical round is on candidate's profile, work experience and subject knowledge. Second round involves questions based on the job role applied for and the understanding of market (eg oil and gas market, mining sector etc.)
