It was made up of 2 parts - the first part was a proficiency test that required us to analyze a e-newsletter and comment on how it could be improved further. The last part on how to calculate the % of open rates, click through rates and conversion rates of a e-newsletter.
The latter part was a 1-1 interview with the manager of the marketing department.

It went from general and delved into the details. It began with the usual tell me about yourself. Included your strengths and weaknesses. Technical skills like HTML? etc
