You'll set up an initial brief call with the a liason talking breifly about yourself and expecations for the job. A second interview will be arrange with a senior engineer who'll ask technical knowledge questions. If you make it pass the assesment, you'll be launched forward to the final stage of the interview application where you'll be tested in practical hands-on knowledge.
