Initial phone interview with HR, then f/up interview with AVP and other two supervisors in the office. I was told that I'd hear back from them shortly, they never bothered to follow up even after I sent an email to the hiring AVP-she just ignored the email. I'm over qualified for the position and have far more experience than the current supervisors.
