It was a three step process. The first step was just a general introduction. Seeing if I would be a good fit for the company and to see if the company was what I was looking for.
Next, went into more detail about the day to day aspects of what goes on. Also some more detail about the corporate structure and pay.
The final interview was just a sumation of the first two interviews and a job offer

It is easy. You go in there answer a few questions about yourself and then they give you the run down of the job. It's a three stage interview process, so you have to go in there on three separate days and they explain their entire business model
