Initial interview is a group interview. The interview process begins with reading about the position, moves on to watching a video about the company, and then they ask you if you want to come back. Second interview begins with a math/grammar test and then the one-on-one. Then they are supposed to give a courtesy call, which they didn't.

After skimming my resume and pointing out that I have a Bachelor's degree, I was still getting asked by HR if I have a high school diploma and a second time if I have a degree.....

Interview process can be long but it’s not to bad. Sometimes they’ll have you waiting there because the hiring manager will be in a meeting which can be as long as an hour and it’s inconvenient for you to sit there that long.

DON'T APPLY IF YOU HAVE OTHER JOBS!
I'm aware of the fact that whenever you don't receive an offer you were hoping for may make you feel a little upset, but the negativeness of my experience doesn't really reside on not getting an offer, its more about how extremely unprofessional they handled my process.
I applied for a part time position and got an interview, passed the first one and was scheduled for a second. Everything went super smooth and seemed great, they even asked me about my availability to start without giving me an actual offer. Then they told me they'd call me in about a week or so to make the offer and they did. That was great because I was super excited and looking forward joining GCC... the problem is that when they finally called me, they were expecting me to start within 4 days without prior notice (knowing that I had a commitment I couldn't just brush away), when I asked them for a moment to rearrange my schedule they said they'd double check my file and would call me back the next day, that sounded pretty odd to me considering the fact that they were calling me to ask if I could start that same week. Long story short, the next day the didn't even bother to call me, they simply sent me an email saying that they weren't proceeding any further with my hiring process. I had to personally call and find out what could have possibly happened in 24 hrs that made them drastically change their mind. Their response was that the fact that I hold 2 part time jobs (which I do because I need an income to survive) looked bad to them because it didn't make it seem like they'd be my priority. I couldn't believe what I was hearing... apparently being hardworking and committed to your responsibilities now looks like a bad thing for certain companies, who would've guessed?
I have never been late, I have never called in sick... I don't know about your circumstances but in my case, I need an income to survive and I need to be proactive about it, I just never thought that this would bite me in the rear. Sorry for having 2 jobs and being ethical about it!
