First interview was over the phone then I was scheduled to come in the next day to meet the managers, they seemed really cool and laid back and I thought the interview went really well. They asked questions that had to do with priorities, one of the managers had a sheet that she was marking on that I guess rated your response from 1-3. 1 being the highest.

The interview process was a group setting. They asked the same questions to each employee. It was about tasks a spa host would do. They gave a lot of scenarios that make sense. A lot of those scenarios would be things that would come with the job. A realistic interview.

Entrevista
Group interview, gives you scenario based questions. The interview was odd because you really had to talk yourself up to the managers. They asked you individual questions in front of the other people interviewing. Though, they were easy questions. They want people with some sort of experience but will give you the chance if you dont.
