Was headhunted for a Dev role which I was reluctant to pursue, but decided to go ahead anyway - big mistake. Long, tedious interview process without a clear structure or goals. Didn't stick to the initially agreed plan and kept adding stage after stage. In the end, it turned out that the job opening was withdrawn. The only good thing that came out of this experience was the interview practice and a much better offer with a reputed employer.
