I’d applied during the holidays season in 2019 so my process took longer than the average. From the initial phone call to onsite interview was very straightforward. The initial call was mission alignment with the company. The second call was with the hiring manager which was a deep dive into my work experiences. The on-site interview was meeting the stakeholders whom I’ll be interacting with on the daily basis. Only one particular interviewer was intimidating but towards the end the person opened up. Throughout the onsite interview, everyone was interactive and provided more insight of the company’s vision and their passion to make an impact with their product.
