I had three interviews in total with GitLab. First was the screening call with the recruiter which went well. I was swiftly moved on to the next stage, and didn't have to wait long before getting this confirmation. Throughout the interview process, the candidate is asked which days and times work for them - which is something I haven't experienced in the interview process before. It was quite refreshing. Everyone I communicated with throughout the interview process was very transparent and managed my expectations realistically.
