The interview process was fast, efficient, and everyone was informed and very friendly. Every person at the company seemed invested in the process, all were on time (if not early) for the interviews, and the turn-around from interview process to offer letter was quick. Of all of the interview processes I've been through GitLab's was hands-down the most efficient!
