It was a real mess. The technical interviewer came late, the test environment was not working properly and the interviewer confirms it was his first technical interview experience. The tests themselves were easy. Solving apache and ngnix issues on a test GITLAB , but questions were really bad explained, blur and missing required inputs. I answer all of them accurately but this took me some time since I did not understand what he means quickly, each time I asked him to re-explain for better understanding. Finally, I was rejected with reason: GAP in technical skills. But I feel this was absolutely not fair since other candidates may meet with a better-experimented interviewer who knows explain technical stuff. So I did prefer having a technical writing exam to avoid this kind of misunderstanding or at least the same interviewer for all the candidates.
