Applied for the position on LinkedIn and got an invite to a call with a tech recruiter. After setting up the first meeting it was rescheduled to a different day without any notice. At the video interview, the recruiter seemed lost and didn't even know the position I had applied, turned out the position they were recruiting for was frontend engineer and not full stack. Seemed a bit unprofessional and messy.

Two rounds of behavior. Met with the recruiter then passed on to the director of the department. After that was passed a technically interview with one of the developers. It felt more like a code review/debugging session than an interview.
