Solicité el puesto a través de la recomendación de un empleado. Acudí a una entrevista en GitLab (Remote, OR) en ene 2018

You will have around 3 interviews in the process at GitLab. Since this was for a SDR role, much of the interview was focused around sales questions and the ability to do outbound processes. The XDR org has made massive progress in terms of their success and implementing processes, so much more defined. My only gripe is that there is terrible communication between People Ops and referrals. Often referrals are initially rejected and then have an interview anyway. Just generally leaves a bad taste in the mouth of the applicant. Overall, I think that the interviews were about average in difficulty and I had a positive experience once I actually had the interviews. If you can demonstrate you have skills and are motivated to be there, you have a decent shot. There are a ton of applicants however, so it certainly helps to have a referral.

Entrevista
Had a few engagements with a recruiter via email followed by a phone call interview that led to a video interview with the potential SDR manager. The interview with potential manager was the only negative experience I had. He seemed disinterested and judgmental hoping to finish quickly.
