I had a phone interview with the HR asst. who was very professional. Rather than starting the interview with asking me questions she gave me some information about the position and asked if I had any questions before starting the "Tell me about a time when..." questions.

She asked if I was comfortable with soliciting businesses, schools, community center, etc. for volunteers.
A few interviews, each in person. The first interview they give you data about a community and ask you to analyze and ask for feedback, with no direction on how to do so.

Entrevista
Phone screening followed by zoom interview with HR specialist. 2nd zoom interview with 5-6 staff members. Third interview consisted in a project and presentation on location. No call or response after the third interview.
