There are three rounds of interviews. The first round is with the recruiter, who provides clear and concise expectations for the role. The second round involves a demo. It's important to note that they are assessing your flow and style rather than your product knowledge. The final round will be with either the commercial specialist or the head of sales.

Everyone seemed very friendly and sounded like it would be a great place to work. It everyone just ghosts you and provides no follow up. New management has a VERY short term focus. No desire to build long relationships internally or externally. Might as well be an old school Wall Street bucket shop. Good luck.
