First, there was telephonic interview. Then, I was invited for face to face interview at Office. The recruiting Manager explained about the activities for which they were looking for positions.
Then, some TAG lead, claiming to be incharge of 'Diversity' had an interaction. One could tell that this was phony process - the covering of mouth while speaking, bluffing about one's basic qualifications, tacitly asking too obvious questions about career - clearly, belong to the world of 'Haves' and berating those from world of 'Have nots'. The interaction was designed to eliminate rather than evaluate.
Interview ended with conflicting responses whether or not there will be a skip level call, will it over media apps.
