The efficiency, structure and care put into the interview process absolutely blew me away. I applied for the role 12/15, the TAS reached out to me on 12/18 and I had my first interview 12/19. My second round of interviews was on 12/23, my final interview was 12/30 and I received an offer 1/5. This kind of timeline is unheard of, especially around the holidays. Speed is one thing but the care that the team put in to get to know me and understand what I was looking for really made them stand out. I had interviewed with a few other companies and those companies dropped the ball with ghosting, lack of direction and poor candidate experience. Giga was the complete opposite. Their excitement for me made me even more excited for the opportunity and to work with such a great team.
