Interview was 3 stages, with the first being a short screening call. I had one main contact guiding me through the entire interview process and I felt they were extremely helpful, positive and friendly throughout. Second interview was a chat with primary stakeholders to talk about background and experience, with one or two ice-breaker style questions. Third stage was a realtime technical test with access granted to shared document and the technical platform at the start of the call. I had no previous experience with technical tests, but it was completely on-topic for the role I applied for and I felt comfortable following the requirements and narrating my thought process whilst going through the steps. We also chatted more about some technical topics. Everyone was friendly and presented well and I felt encouraged at every stage.
