A third party recruiter reached out on LinkedIn and set up a call. I spoke with the recruiter one on one. Then I spoke with both the recruiter and the recruiter's boss. Then I spoke with hiring manager. THEN I was asked to come in to meet the entire team. I went through 3 separate ~30-45 min interviews with 7 people. Two of the interviews had two people interviewing, and then the last interview was with one person. Then I had a virtual meeting with the last member of the team who was not available to be in person that day. I had previously informed the recruiter I was looking at other opportunities. After all these interviews, the recruiter wanted to know how much money the other opportunities were paying. I declined to share this information and no one reached out to me ever again.
