It was a two step process. An initial phone call screening and then a face-to-face interview with the IT team and then with HR. The interview process was like a round table with three individuals asking questions.

Typical questions: A brief introduction of myself and then everyone in the group and what G+ D does. Then questions centering around my previous experience. These lead to specifics technical questions about what they need in the position. They wanted to see if I could answer them and how I would address these needs.
