Entrevista
I submitted an online LinkedIn application and I quickly received an email from HR for a quick chat. I had an informal chat with HR since the practice manager was too busy to attend. The chat seemed a test to show if you were a culture fit, and, if successful, another formal interview would follow. Long working hours and higly confidential work seem to be the norm at the firm but unsure if this is reflected in the pay. HR did not seem to understand their own advert when asked questions back.
The recruitment process was straightforward and well-organised. It began with a short video screening call, followed by an in-person interview at the office. Communication was clear throughout. Overall, it was a simple and transparent process.

Why you are interested in immigration law/the firm?

Interviewed by the employees as I don't think the original person was available. The employees came across rude, unprofessional. I believe the telephone was moved across some surface and was causing loud screeching noises. couldn't hear them on the phone, and it was an entry level position so don't know why in-depth questions were asked about application. Also reviews state what a bad place it is, so I guess I got off lightly.

Question about Immigration applications - couldn't hear rest of the Q as there was a lot of rattling.
