First Interview was a big group interview and wasn't expecting that. They explained the role and for those interested you could set up a 1on1 meeting. Showed commission structure but clarified there was no base an only commission & bonuses. Being that it's located in FiDi no base or benefits is not worth it. If you have no professional sale experience and you want experience maybe but with sales experience you can find a job where your base is around what the reps make on the lower end.

Was on a Zoom meeting with 5 other people. Wasn't an interview was more of an introduction. Then interviewer sent a link so we can get a ONE and ONE with them. I understand that calling everyone individually may be time consuming and its a way to weed people out. It didn't feel very welcoming. Boasted that they made big sales and they don't want to waste their time training. If you are a person that has the energy to dive in and get it done then this is the place for you!
