Getir moves fast but TERRIBLE communication throughout the process. I received a verbal offer only to be GHOSTED and never heard from again, despite multiple follow-ups. Interview at your own peril!!! I applied online via Getir's website for the launch manager role: 1) a week after application, a 30 min virtual interview was set up with a head of expansion 2) 2 days later, another 30 min virtual interview with someone else in expansion 3) a day later, another 30 min virtual interview with someone else in expansion 4) final virtual interview with the COO in the US 5) recruiter called 1.5 weeks later with a verbal offer that we discussed briefly on the phone and she said she will follow-up after the weekend, only to be ghosted. I emailed multiple times but never got a response. These guys are a joke and do not respect a candidate's time at all - worst is they even gave me a verbal offer only to ghost me afterwards. It's been several weeks and there's still nothing (not even an automated rejection). Don't waste your time!
