Entrevista
The overall interview process spanned nearly two months, starting with an HR screening and culminating in a final interview round with the Director of the team. It included an interview with the Hiring Manager, the submission of a case study, and a subsequent presentation to the Hiring Manager along with a relevant stakeholder. Following these discussions and presentation, there was a stakeholder interview and a final Behavioral round with the Director. Although the interactions were positive throughout all the rounds, I received rejection feedback after the final round, which focussed on the 3rd round (Case Study), leaving me with questions as to why I progressed to the subsequent interview stages. In the closing statement of the final round, there was mention of the delightful food I could anticipate in Berlin. However, the rejection email came as a surprise, and unfortunately, it lacked specific feedback.

Entrevista
Quite usual process with few interviews + presentation of case study. Very good experience with leading recruiter, always helpful and proactive. The only downside was the length of the whole process.

Entrevista
My process had the following steps:
- I applied for the role of CRM Insights Manager and sent my CV and cover letter.
- I was called for a screening interview with the recruiter.
- They sent me a case study, which I should complete in 5 days. There were many questions to answer, but that helped me to build a compelling presentation.
- I was invited to the office. First interview was with the hiring manager and I had to present him the case study results and do a short oral case interview (similar to management consulting interviews).
- Second interview was not technical, but a fit interview to understand my motivations to work at GetYourGuide
- Third interview was with the head of the area I would work in (Business Development). We decided I was not the best candidate for the role I applied, but I could be of more help in another role.
- There was a reference check (the hiring manager needed to talk to someone who previously managed me)
- Offer made
- Offer accepted
