It was an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, where the 1st interview with the recruiter was postponed 4 times, with 2 no-shows (no notice given). After which, it took them a long time to arrange the 2nd interview, just for them to cancel it 1 hour before it was supposed to take place because they had already filled the position. The whole process took 2 months (from first responding to the application to setting up the 2nd interview). Felt like they were simply stringing people along and keeping them as backup options, with no consideration for their time, effort, and interest.

First interview with someone from HR was really nice. Later I had an interview with someone from the team, who seemed extremely uninterested. I got no response for almost 2 months, when I asked about it they said they moved on with other candidates for X reason, but this reason mentioned something about my experience which was false. So either the second interviewer really wasn't listening to what I was saying, or they just felt like they needed to give me a response because I asked about it after weeks.
