Good ,it was one round video interview with almost 10 or 12 standard questions. Offered the basic salary to work remotely for insurance process.cooperative and professional management throughout the entire duration of my work with the company.Management is really understanding and supportive. It worked out great for me.IT is indeed a good company to work for.Average pay but a good organization. I would recommend it people looking for something remote in customer service role or insurance customer service roles.

Interview process was video interview and very straight forward. They are professional and ask the usual questions about experience. They ask you to show your room with your camera 360 degrees to make sure you are in an enclosed environment.
