I got a call from the recruiter and she said that i was selected for an internship position at gerdau. I wasn't supposed to be selected in the first place since my GPA was 2.9. They are very strict in this case and will only accept candidates with 3 GPA and above. My qualifications were good and they thought to give me a try. She first asked me normal questions and began with the interview:

1) do i need h1B sponsorship anytime in near future?
2) tell me a time when you did a mistake and how did you rectify it?
3) this company follows a lot of safety rules, so tell me a situation where you and your colleague were in a unsafe place ...what did you do?
4) tell me a time when you are in a team and someone did something wrong and it affected the project and your team....how did u deal with it?
5) tell me an incident when your advisor/ boss told that you have completed a work successfully. How did you do it?
6) how do you set your priorities when new priorities come up along the way. give me and example if you had any recent ones.
