Applied online and had a screening video call with HR. They asked about my work experience and asked some basic embedded software questions (stack vs heap etc..) They sent me the brainteaser quiz, which I honestly thought was a waste of time but completed it anyway. After I submitted they never bothered to contact me again.

HR screening no idea after that , no information was provided on that. I was rejected after screening call itself. The HR was confident about my profile but when sent to hiring manager for screening they rejected it since international candidate logistics come into play although HR confirmed they will provide sponsorship.
