Applied online, and received a message from the HR specialist 3 weeks after to schedule an interview via conference. Interview went well with praise from HR Specialist and committed to get back to me with a scheduled in person interview the following week. Received a link for a quiz that I took and was able to answer most of the questions. Haven't heard from the HR team about anything until I received an automated message to inform me I wasn't selected to move forward. I understand there is one position and multiple candidates but it's not professional at all to commit to the next step and confirm it while there is potentially no next step! I had to put a business travel in limbo due to the comment from HR as I was expecting an in person interview for the 2nd week of December and nothing happened. I have seen a similar review from another candidate in this website about the Geotab HR and was concerned it could happen to me, it just happened!
