The interview was, in fact, a quick teaching demonstration. We had total latitude to determine the content, in part because individuality and creativity were valued. We also had access to whatever technological tools were needed. The environment was informal, and very generous, both of which accurately reflected the workplace (as eventually revealed). The entire experience was completely positive.
