Received an email invitation to interview approximately 1 week after applying. The interview was initially scheduled virtually via teams but they then emailed me the day before asking me to come in person. At first, I was a little thrown off by the short notice, but by the time I arrived for the interview, I was glad they requested I come in. I got a way better feel for the team by completing the interview in person and also got to see the corporate headquarters which is an absolutely beautiful property. The interview was panel style, conducted my 2 managers + 2 senior employees. The questions were fair. The interview lasted about an hour including the time given for me to ask questions. I received the job offer 1 week later.
