It was called a behavioral interview, and i was put in a conference room with two people asking the questions. I went through that then some 1:1 meetings and then tour of plant.

Initial Teams interview that lasted for 30 minutes, then on-site interview a week later. On-site was a tour that followed by an interview from a total of 6 people. Was a series of questions from 2 people at a time.
