Confucted initial phone interview and set up on site interview. Interviewed with hiring manager, 3 other salaried maintenance supervisors. Interviewed with 2 hourly workers. Informal interview all, more of panel discussion. Able to ask questions during interview instead of waiting for followup questions, although that was provided for as well. Conducted informal breakfast meeting / interview with facility manager.
The interview process started with a recruiter and then a phone interview with a talent recruiter. The manager of the department reached out by phone as well.
On-site interview was conducted with a group of professional interviewers who conducted a thorough review and gave a tour of the facility.
