Personality based. Situation/problem solving based. Not about resume. About you as a person.
There were multiple interviewers, across different levels, from associate to seniors and partner. Interviewers took turns asking questions and there was a lunch that was also offered. Employees seemed knowledgable, though busy and it did seem like people were required to participate in the interview.
