Submitted an online application, heard back within a week for a phone interview. A week after the phone interview, I was scheduled for a 3-4 hour in-person interview with multiple departments, including a panel. Following the interview I never hear back from any parties at GW, even after following up. Very unprofessional and I generally had a negative experience because of it. Almost a year after I applied I received an automated email that I had not received an offer. I think part of the program stems from the fact that they do the hiring within the department with limited involvement from HR.
