I waited patiently for 15 minutes on the Teams call for the recruiter to join and conduct the initial interview. During this time, I checked my email to see if there had been any rescheduling or discrepancies regarding the interview, but found none. Ultimately, I disconnected from the call as the recruiter did not appear. Consequently, I sent an email to the recruiter informing her that I had waited for approximately 15 minutes without her presence. In summary, this experience was quite unprofessional; my time was not respected, which diminishes my desire to be associated with this organization. It is disappointing to have someone representing the organization in this manner.
