One interview with human resource, another one with senior management. Nothing too technical in the interview. They seemed quite concerned with my experience on ESG which was a good sign for me.

The interview process went very quickly. The interviews were formal but questions very casual for entry level position. My experience was remote and smooth, with the assistance of their recruiter.

The interview was brief and dealt with human resources. Asked basic questions and nothing unusual. The company seems great. Small, privately held company with a wide range in age. The role seems interesting but did not offer a lot of mentorship. Seems interesting. I like the people and the office. Wish I had gotten further in the interview process.
