The Hiring process was easy for me as it was campus recruitment and they already asked us to give a video interview on the app called ‘Genpact hire’ followed by a basic assessment test which elq format. On the day of hiring they categorised everyone into voice and non voice on the basis of the app interview. Next was the face to face interview. The hiring manager told me that I was his ‘hand picked cherry’ and I didn’t have to go through screening and group discussion round. I was directly sent for the face to face interview.

Entrevista
The interview was very good, and the interviewers were friendly and very supportive. There were two rounds for this post. The First round went on with basic questions and some technical questions. The second round was at the manager level, and then we were asked to wait for 2-3 days for results.

Interview is on a zoom meeting we have joined and waited for about one hour after divided into separate room and taken Interview, basic introduction and some questions like what is os ,ram vs rom
it was very easy and the process is also quite simple only downside is it can take upto three hours so be ready for that. except that very easy questions
