I met with two managers, and had only one round of interviewing. It was a thorough interview but not a long process overall. Great company to work for at the time, around 2010.

I had 4 interview phone calls totaling 3 hours. I spoke with both Human Resources and Sales leaders. I was then ghosted with no explanation. I followed up by email and voicemail with the HR Manager and never heard back. For a functional medicine lab testing company with a mission to help people, this was extremely unexpected and disappointing behavior.

the manage didn't ask any hard questions. The interview was straight forward, the director didn't ask any questions that was out of the ordinary. I was offered the job the same day.
