Met with a friendly member of the recruitment team for screening interview to discuss my experience and what drew me to the role. It seemed like great vibes and a company I could see myself working for - at this point it seemed like a good fit. I then went on to do the technical assessment which is where the recruitment process fell apart a bit. I submitted it but heard nothing from them. After 2 follow up emails to them they finally responded and couldn't locate the submission - I'd already decided at this point that the lack of organisation was a red flag for me. They did eventually come back after finding it with feedback that I hadn't included something in the report that was not asked for in the description of the assessment. So my advice to Genio would be to make sure you're scoring based on what you're asking for, and my advice to any applicants is don't just go off what they ask for, add a lot more as it's not a comprehensive list, more for a rough outline.

1st round interview - but more so framed as a screening call from the recruitment team. Had difficulty arranging the call since the interviewer not being able to make the first time we arranged a call where I stared at myself in the video call before then leaving. No real tricky questions when we finally got to the screening call
