I was interviewed last 2012. Their process was good that time, the recruiter scheduled me for an exam and interview both in the same day. The exam was simple data modeling and basic sql scripting but its really tricky and it can be hard for people who does not have BI background. Recruiter and examiner was friendly and approachable. Too bad they both resigned soon after I joined the company. They said the current hiring process is not as good with what I experienced. The JO is given by the IT Head. expect him to give a low salary, which you can haggle, and a bond contract. He will also talk about giving you trainings but don't believe it.
