Had 3-4 rounds of interviews & all were great according to interview panel, all of sudden in end requirements changed & dropped with my profile, Was not clear what they were looking for & what was lacking for my part

Has gone for interviews and I think management was also not clear what was expected in the assignment given to the candidate. It was QMS profile and I prepared QMS related idea which was presented, although I also got good feedback about the way I presented but they were looking for something really different, and don't know what was that.
