The first round was an online test in c#...Well after which i received no input as to whether i was accepted or rejected After following up for quite sometime, I was called in for the next round.And for some reason they told me they had some technical difficulties and said they would schedule it some other time.Despite following up ,I received no reply at all.

Entrevista
Several phone interviews, one behavioral and one technical. Spoke with the recruiter first, who was very friendly, and then the lead of the development team, who asked technical questions. Later notified me that they will not be moving on with me in the process.
Firstly, someone from the HR department talks to you on the phone regarding your resume and application, in general. Then, an interview with an engineer at the company (which is pretty difficult). Then, they call you on-site.

Entrevista
I was emailed after applying and scheduled a phone interview. I talked with the person on the phone for about 40 minutes where we went over my resume and experience. Afterward, I was asked some basic questions about design patters, and removing repeated entries in a list. So far so good, I felt comfortable talking on the phone with my contact and we ended the phone call after being told I would be sent a coding test which is normal.
That night I did the test and submitted. I did not hear back after the test submission. I had to ask the recruiter for updates on the role to know whether or not I was still being considered for the position.
