write a paper test first, it is called aptitude test, I feel it is like IQ test;
then interviewed by a project manager, then a technical leader, and then a human resource manager
through university job posting. Asked about resume, coding experience, and some IQ test questions. Interesting interview. Also asked why apply for this job and give a simple QA question to solve.(eg if you are given an ATM, how would you test it?)
