I applied online via LinkedIn and heard back within a day or two. There were 5 separate interviews in total spread out over a few weeks: Recruiter, Hiring Manager, HM's colleague, Technical Interview with someone from SF IT, and a Panel Presentation with HM and 2 colleagues. All were over Zoom except the initial, which was a phone call.
The recruiter, Tamara, was a pleasure to work with. She continued to be communicative, professional, and prompt throughout the entire process. Everyone else I spoke to was very intelligent and friendly as well and had great things to say about Genesys. The people I interacted with throughout this process really drove home my interest in the job.
While I prepped the hardest for the Panel Presentation, the least comfortable interview was the Technical Panel. That was because I'm a bit rusty on my vocabulary though, and he was a polite but very no-nonsense kind of interviewer. I genuinely thought I failed it and was ecstatic to receive my invitation to the final round.
