I had a phone screen with an HR rep that seemed to go very well. Questions were standard and very easy until the last question in which they asked about some specific subject matter experience. I found this intriguing since it hadn't been mentioned in the job posting so I answered honestly and said I didn't have any direct experience but had touched on the subject before. Turns out that was my downfall as those specific areas were the only two they were interested in hiring for (which I learned only after not hearing back for weeks). Had these areas been listed in the job posting I would not have applied as they are not my strong suits nor ones I desire to work in.

Simples, direto, rápido. Deram feedback depois. Primeira entrevista com a recrutadora que explicou todo o processo. Achei tudo muito transparente. Explicaram a função e expectativa, além de falar sobre compensação.

I initially spoke to the recruiter, and we finished the call mutually interested in moving forward. The recruiter called me back several days later explaining that they had pitched me the wrong position, but there was a different one available - would I be interested?
I decided to move forward and after 5 interviews (including a final round) over the course of 4 weeks - total silence.
It's also important to note that this was a new position that no one seemed to understand just yet, so the interviews were not very focused. Overall not the best experience.

Fairly standard interview process, though some issues immediately appeared during the scheduling phase. Lack of organization, which then permeated across the entire interview process. Great hiring manager, filled with insight and perspective, followed by a series of individual interviews with team members, where the level of attention and investment, was random and inconsistent. After the interviews were done, got absolutely no feedback or follow up. Eventually reached out, and the HR person provided misleading information, until eventually got an automated email. It's a cumbersome, disorganized and also disrespectful process, considering the time the applicant puts towards going through the process. Don't recommend interviewing here.
