Overall the process was really straightforward — initial call with the hiring manager, then separate video calls with the head of the strategy team and two of the team. The calls were semi-structured interviews, with some light reference to case-study or visuals to explain certain points from my portfolio. All of the scheduling, meetings and updates were handled really well and the whole process was actually really enjoyable.
