It was a 5 step process. 1) Phone interview with recruiter 2)Logic and Aptitude test 3)Video interview 4) Website/Game project 5) Onsite Each of these were fairly simple and easy. As long as you're friendly and confident, you should be able to progress. During the project part, they're trying to see how much detail-oriented you are and if you can follow directions. The onsite is a bit tricky. You will be placed into groups with other candidates and be evaluated on how well you communicate and work with your team.
